PROCESS
How it works
- • Sign Up for the pre-sale
- • On Monday night local time (24th November), you'll receive your unique code + ticket link to text/WhatsApp (if provided) and the email you used when registering
- • The sale opens at 10.00am PST, Tuesday 25th November on Ticketmaster (See notes below about how the Ticketmaster queue works)
- • Your unique code allows you to buy up to 4 tickets.
- • Your code only works for this show/date
- • Adding your social handle at sign up was optional. If you did not include you will still get a code
Important: Having a code does not guarantee a ticket. Demand is very high, and tickets are first-come, first-served
Before on-sale
- • We recommend logging into your Ticketmaster account now and ensuring that you're logged in ahead of the on-sale - check your details and reset your password if needed.
- • Save this email address [email protected] to your contacts so messages don't hit spam. But also please check your spam in case
- • Don't sign up to this show multiple times as duplicate registrations may be cancelled.
On-sale day
- • The Ticketmaster waiting room opens 15 minutes before the onsale. If you join during this pre-queue period, your place in line will be randomised, so it doesn't matter if you enter 15 minutes or 2 minutes before. Once the queue officially opens, fans are placed in line in the order they arrive.
- • Follow Ticketmaster's tips for booking tickets
- • Codes are unique to you. Once redeemed, they can't be used again and should not be shared.
Show info
- • Times: Doors open at 7pm and the show is scheduled to run until around 1am. (If timings change, we'll make sure to let you know!).
- • Age: 19+ only, photo ID required.

Why are we using unique codes?
We've chosen to go with unique codes as a way of making it harder for touts and scalpers to access tickets. While unfortunately it's impossible to eliminate them entirely, we want to put measures in place that reduce their chances of getting through. That's also why each code is limited to a maximum of four tickets, and why each person can only sign up once. These steps help us keep more tickets in the hands of real fans rather than resellers.
We know how stressful on sales can feel. This process is designed to give real fans the fairest chance possible. By preparing ahead, you'll give yourself the best shot when the sale opens.
Good luck, and we hope to see you at the show!

A delivery delay has been placed on all orders, and tickets will be available in your Ticketmaster account 48hrs prior to the door time.

FACE VALUE TICKET EXCHANGE
We are using Face Value Exchange (FVE) for this event, which means you can safely resell tickets at face value if you can no longer attend.
Ticket transfer will be turned off to help keep prices fair and ensure tickets stay in the hands of real fans rather than resellers. This also means that all guests with tickets purchased under the same order must enter the venue together. Tickets within a single order cannot be split or transferred. Our box office team will be unable to accommodate requests to separate or reissue tickets.
Tickets must not be resold for profit on third-party sites. Any that are found, will be cancelled.
Do not buy from third party resellers, as reselling tickets outside of the Ticketmaster exchange platform is not permitted. Tickets found on third party platforms will be cancelled in advance of the event, and we will not be responsible for organizing a refund for you for cancelled or counterfeit tickets.
